Dear Presenters:
Thank you for agreeing to participate in this year's Financial Literacy Workshop! I have divided the workshop into 3 sections. I am not worried about you presenting everything listed in a linear fashion. How you touch on these components of financial literacy is up to you as long as we touch on them. Each presenter will have 40-45 minutes to present and there will be a Q & A session after. We will take a 15-20 minute break at about 11 am. Additionally, attached please find the event flyer for distribution to your networks.
Ghizal's focus:
- Basics of Banking (checking/savings, emergency funds, account usage)
- Access to Banking / Financial Inclusion
- Community resources and pathways to financial stability

Christian's Focus:
- Credit & Its Components (scores, reporting, building/improving credit)
- Managing Debt (repayment strategies, good vs. bad debt, minimum payment risks)
- Credit Cards: Benefits and Pitfalls (interest, fees, responsible usage)
- Budgeting and Cash Flow (practical day-to-day money management)
- Loans and Mortgages (foundational understanding and access)
Jason's focus:
- Investing Basics
- Financial Planning and Retirement Strategies
- Importance of Tax Planning
- Building Wealth Over Time and the Importance of Compound Interest
